Some of you guys may know I am obsessed with cold pressed juices

I have found my favorite cold pressed juice by the Blue Print

it’s usually so hard to find healthy juices that taste good, but this tastes great

I know you might see the word kale or celery and be like “ewww” but please  trust me it’s good

. I actually try to drink this every morning so that I start my day with healthy nutrients

guys its sooo good…. I recommend it 😉

Suja 3 Day Juice Cleanse ♡

Processed with VSCOcam with t1 preset I’ve always wanted to try a Juice Cleanse and I finally started one today!!!!! 🙂

I can honestly say, it is a lot harder than I was expecting it to be…lol but I do already feel a difference in my body. I notice that when I eat clean (meaning: fruits & vegetables only)  my body feels energized and almost hyper in a way. So adding juices to that mix makes me feel great!

Things you should do during your cleanse:

  • drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day
  • drink your juices as instructed
  • take it easy

    Many experienced juice cleansers and maybe most people don’t really eat during a juice cleanse but I know my body and know that I need food throughout the day so I am eating small portions of light raw foods (salads, fruits, and nuts)

    My biggest advice is to listen to your body and make sure you are taking care of it. Don’t starve yourself or make your body suffer during a cleanse (even if you are not doing a cleanse), remember you are always wanting to do your body a favor by taking care  of it!

My Daily Morning Juice Routine Recipe ♡

I like to  make vegetable juices in the morning, its definitely a staple for a great morning 🙂 it boosts up my metabolism and gives me the nutrients and energy to start out my day!

  Soooooo I thought I’d share with you guys my recipe ❤

2 handfuls of spinach

1 handful of kale

1/2 apple

Coconut Water (sometimes i like to substitute almond milk instead)

Sprinkle some chia seeds

If you’d like a thicker consistency you can add greek yogurt as well

(I used a vitamix but you can use any type of blender)

its soooo simple, filling, and yummy

it might taste really bitter (because I put more vegetables than fruits) but if you want a sweeter taste you can add more apples and fruits to your liking 🙂

Homemade Acai Bowl Recipe

Hello Everyone,

This morning my lovely mama shared with me her homemade Acai Bowl recipe. For those of you who do not know what an Acai Bowl is, it is a typical brazillian dish made from Acai palm fruit. Acai is pronounced (ah-sah-EE), the Acai fruit is filled with great antioxidants, amino acids, and essential fats. It is said that Acai benefits includes fat burning, slow aging, and also helps lower high cholesterol. (so its great for people who are wanting to eat healthy and wanting to lose weight). The Acai Bowl has so many benefits, and its so tasty as well I thought it would be great to share with you guys our homemade recipe, so here it is!

Things you will need:
Kiwi
Blueberries
Strawberries
Banana
Crushed Multi Grain Cereal
Raw Gluten Free Oats
Chia Seeds
Coconut Milk
Acai Juice

For those of you who do not know what Chia Seeds are, I have placed a photo below. 

Chia Seeds can be used for various foods & recipes, some of the benefits of the Chia Seeds are they contain omega 3 fatty acids, contains lots of calcium, contains protein, helps fight belly fat, and also helps to boost your metabolism.

we used the “original” flavor of the Acai Juice like the photo represented below

ps. you can choose any type of fruit/fruits you’d like, these are just a few that we preferred for our Acai Bowl.

pss. I am not a cook or a recipe writer, and did not take exact measurements for everything,
but the key to good food is making it with love (right?! 😉 ) haha so please bare with me.

Step One: First begin by putting the chia seeds and oats in the bowl and pour the coconut milk in as well. I’m not sure what the measurements are but make sure that the coconut milk soaks the oats and chia seeds (don’t let the oats & chia seeds float lol). Depending on how much oats and chia seeds you put in, place the bowl in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes (basically leave in microwave until they look fully cooked).

Step Two: Take out the bowl from the microwave and let the bowl cool for another 2-3 minutes. During this time you can begin cutting your fruits. In this bowl we used 1 Strawberry, 1/2 Kiwi, 1/2 Banana, and a small handful of blueberries and crushed multi grain cereal.

Step Three: Stir the oats and chia seeds until you see that the substance of the oats and chia seeds have become thick.

Step Four: Pour the Acai Juice over the oats and Chia Seeds, If you are wanting to have a very
sweet Acai Bowl pour a lot in but if you are just wanting a hint of sweetness pour just a little
bit in. (So detailed & helpful ? haha) After you pour the Acai Juice, make sure you stir your bowl again.

Step Five: Place the toppings (your fruits & grains) however you like on top, and TADA you have finished making your Acai Bowl.

Step Six: Now you can enjoy your healthy, sweet, and tasty Acai Bowl 🙂

There are so many ingredients you can add to your Acai Bowl, get creative with it and have fun making it your own
