I can honestly say, it is a lot harder than I was expecting it to be…lol but I do already feel a difference in my body. I notice that when I eat clean (meaning: fruits & vegetables only) my body feels energized and almost hyper in a way. So adding juices to that mix makes me feel great!
Things you should do during your cleanse:
- drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day
- drink your juices as instructed
- take it easy
Many experienced juice cleansers and maybe most people don’t really eat during a juice cleanse but I know my body and know that I need food throughout the day so I am eating small portions of light raw foods (salads, fruits, and nuts)
My biggest advice is to listen to your body and make sure you are taking care of it. Don’t starve yourself or make your body suffer during a cleanse (even if you are not doing a cleanse), remember you are always wanting to do your body a favor by taking care of it!
