I like to make vegetable juices in the morning, its definitely a staple for a great morning 🙂 it boosts up my metabolism and gives me the nutrients and energy to start out my day!
Soooooo I thought I’d share with you guys my recipe ❤
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of kale
Coconut Water (sometimes i like to substitute almond milk instead)
Sprinkle some chia seeds
If you’d like a thicker consistency you can add greek yogurt as well
(I used a vitamix but you can use any type of blender)
its soooo simple, filling, and yummy
it might taste really bitter (because I put more vegetables than fruits) but if you want a sweeter taste you can add more apples and fruits to your liking 🙂
